Buyers

Purchase policy for buyers who are purchasing goods that may be damaged, open box, used, or in new condition from major retailers at significant discounts:

1. Condition of Goods: The buyer acknowledges that the goods being purchased may be damaged, open box, used, or in new condition at significant discounts. The buyer agrees to inspect the goods carefully upon receipt and to report any damage or defects to the Meowsold staff before removing items.

2. Return Policy: All auction sales are final, and returns will not be accepted. Per our credit card processor, refunds will carry a restocking fee that may exceed price paid for the item.

3. Refunds: Exclude any shipping or handling charges. The refund will be issued within 10 business days of the seller receiving the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Warranty: Meowsold.com does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the goods being sold. The buyer acknowledges that the goods are being purchased in "as-is" condition, and the seller makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability: The seller shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the goods being sold.

6. Governing Law: This purchase policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is located.

By purchasing goods from the seller, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this purchase policy.
