ALL AUCTION PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Meowsold makes no guarantees, or warranties of any kind. NO REFUNDS. Assume all items are open box condition, unless described "NEW".

MEOWSOLD.COM Marketplace "Buy Now" products are warrantied new inventory, and we accept returns up to 30 days.

Items shipped from Meowsold.com Marketplace can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a few exceptions:
* Only items "Buy Now" Marketplace merchandise can be returned for a full refund
* Auction purchases are not refundable. All sales final. No warranties or representations by Meowsold.com. Assume all products are open box, unless labeled "NEW".
* Products not eligible for return as follows:
1.)Personal Care Items
2.)Consumable products (Food & beverage)
3.)Furniture & mattress
4.)Innerwear
* Item must be returned with all original components, & in original packaging
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping, all electronics are subject to $35.00 restocking fee.

Refunds are processed 3-8 days after the item has been received.
* Only items sold on Marketplace can be returned.
* Item must be returned with all original components, & in original packaging.
* Refunds are issued to your original payment type.
Wrong returns
Make sure you include the correct and complete product when making a return. The correct product must be returned for a refund.
Returning a product with missing components, parts and pieces will result in product being discarded, and no refunds will be issued.
